EDINA, Minn. Jan. 22, 2020 – Since announcing his candidacy late last year, Edina businessman, entrepreneur and former state representative Dario Anselmo has raised more than $46,000 for his campaign for the District 6 seat on the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners. This amount includes $21,000 that was raised in 2019 and will be reported by January 31, per Hennepin County Elections requirements.

Said Anselmo: “I’m proud and humbled that such a large and diverse group of people have chosen to support my campaign for Hennepin County Commission. From Republicans, Democrats, and those who don’t identify with any political party, to business owners and organized labor, to friends, neighbors, business associates and elected officials, people throughout district 6 have responded to this campaign and my vision for the county. I’m excited for what 2020 holds for this campaign and the opportunity to speak with and learn from people throughout Hennepin County.”
